Hi Ron,
To set up a black list, click on the options, then select the Account List, long click on a specific account, and select "Set Black List", a Dialog with your contacts will open, select the email you want to add to your black list, or type a new email address to add.
For more information see the application help section (via the main menu, option button, help).

The add will become active only if the address is valid, e.g user@domain
