NETCOM UK was named "1996 Internet Service Provider of the Year"
by Internet magazine, "Best Buy" by PC Advisor magazine and "Access
Provider of the Year" by What Personal Computer Magazine. Netcom UK has
gone on to rival any of the major players, on any terms, with one of the
sharpest teams in the business. And now we're looking for more.

Positions are available for Field based - Account Managers targeted on
managing existing accounts and developing new revenue streams within the
business sector.

Responsibilities:-

1. Establish Netcom as a primary supplier of Internet services within the
business community.
2. Develop and manage existing accounts.
3. Generate new business opportunities.
4. Establish indirect channels to market.
5. Lisa with Marketing and Product Development teams re: competitor
activity and future trends.
6. Monitor competitor activity within nominated accounts and take
proactive-reactive measures to protect existing user base.

Skills:-

1. PC/Internet literate.
2. Complete understanding of the sales cycle.
3. Strong personal drive with ability to manage territory and set
objectives for self and others.
4. Can effectively plan and organise daily activities.

Experience:-
1. Must have proven sales track record in a business to business sales
environment -minimum of 2yrs.
2. Above sales experience must have been gained in a face to face quoting
baring role within a competitive environment.
3. Technology based background desirable.
