Desk team who give telephone based support to our UK customer base. We are

You must:
Be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
be an experienced PC user
have a good knowledge of Windows 95/similar operating systems
be an experienced Internet user
have excellent customer service skills
be able to work flexibly
be a good team player
