MAIN PURPOSE:
To contact potential and existing customers in a professional manner and
generate sales opportunities in accordance with targets set by your team
leader.
Applicants should demonstrate the potential to develop towards an internal
Sales Desk role.
DUTIES:
To work with guideline scripts in order to present a uniform and
professional approach on the telephone.
Carry out daily administrative duties in order to maintain an organised
approach to your calls.
Adhere to guidelines set out when making a call to an existing or
potential customer.
To achieve daily targets for both Lead Generation and Tele Operational
Standards such as achieving the requisite number of dial outs per day.
Ensure the Database updated on a regular basis.
To generate leads of a high quality, and these leads to be qualified in a
manner consistent with the appropriate guidelines.
Achieve Key Goals in your Support Plan to enable development towards an
Internal Sales Desk role
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
Applicants should demonstrate:
At least one year's experience within a busy telemarketing or
Telesales environment and achieving individual targets.
A professional and confident telephone manner
Excellent administration skills
Previous experience of working with telephone scripts.
The motivation to succeed in a fast moving IT environment.
