Dear friends,
In spite of a fried 28.8 modem, I can still be online. I
kept my old 14.4, and am using it now. Slow, but does the job. Have a
very happy 4th, and please be careful while enjoying. Thanks to all of

(We had a bad storm last night. I slept so soundly, that I didn't hear
it. I bet that's what fried my modem. The rest of the computer is
well protected.)
