Older siberian

I have a difficult one here but I am going to put it out and see if a
miracle might happen. Is there anyone that can give this old gent a
place to live out his years in?

This is an older 8? yr old neutered male, red/white, mostly brown eyes
with an injured leg which has a metal brace implanted. Moderate to severe
arthritis. Found as a stray several years ago in the south part of
Atlanta, his present owners have moved into a rental house where the
landlord insists he be confined to the kitchen and laundry and with no
fenced yard. The present owners contacted orthopedic vets when he was
found to try to locate one who might recognize the case but no luck.
Possibly he was passing thru or recently arrived and ran off.
