hello,would like to have opinions or discussion on network statistic
management?Recording performance statistics of a network is considered
to be a vital task of the network manager. It has been said however,
that making management decision based upon prior statistics is like
"steering a car by looking in the rear-vision mirror". What are the
advantages and disadvantages of using prior statistics to make
management decisions for future planning and what alternatives exist?
