BayStack 100BT Hub

I am trying to identify the model of a BayStack hub. Its serial
number identifies it as belonging to the 100 series, which is
apparently 10BaseT, but the front panel states that the hub is
100BaseT. Also, the 100 series has two slots on the left but this hub
has only one slot. The serial number also indicates the hub was
manufactured in January of 1998.
Do you know what model this might be? Do you know if it is SNMP
manageable?
