how to interpret "time" in netcdf file

Hello,

If I open the attached file with Netcdf4excel and look at the time sheet I see the following:

1	999312
2	999318
3	999324
4	999330
5	999336
6	999342
7	999348

and so on till 

3160

1018266

Can anyone tell me how to interpret these time values? How should I relate these values with the chosen period (20140101 to 20160229) and the time 00 - 06 - 12 - 18?
