Hello,

I followed all of the documentation on the NetBox documentation site and after running the upgrade.sh script, it says to restart the service. When I do, I get the following:

[root@amdtctst05 netbox-2.10.0]# sudo systemctl restart netbox netbox-rq
Failed to restart netbox.service: Unit netbox.service not found.
Failed to restart netbox-rq.service: Unit netbox-rq.service not found.

Any idea of what I can look at to see what is misconfigured?

Thank you,
Daniel

Did you ensure the systemd configuration files were copied per the gunicorn instructions?

sudo cp -v /opt/netbox/contrib/*.service /etc/systemd/system/
sudo systemctl daemon-reload

Thank you for your quick response. That resolved the issue.

I am having trouble with bringing up the web page. I have installed the nginx server and then running everything in the test environment (<ip address>:8000) it works. But when I go to the standard url, I only get the Welcome to Nginx on Red Hat page. I did copy the nginx.conf file into the nginx/conf.d directory already. But it appears I am missing something?
