Issues installing Netbox on Amazon linux based on CentOS

Hello there, i am having a few issus getting netbox to work on amazon linux instance. Where i am stuck " python3.6 manage.py migrate" following https://netbox.readthedocs.io/en/stable/installation/2-netbox/. below is the error i get

"Operations to perform:

Apply all migrations: admin, auth, circuits, contenttypes, dcim, extras, ipam, secrets, sessions, taggit, tenancy, users, virtualization

Running migrations:No migrations to apply."

When i test the application, this is the error message i get:
