Multiple External IP addresses NAT'd to the same internal IP

I have a situation where I am trying to document IP use within my organisation, but we have several instances where we have different NAT rules pointing to the same internal IP address.  But when i try to represent that in Netbox I get presented with an error stating that there is already a NAT rule pointing to this IP address and so cannot document it.  

Am I just being daft or is this likely to be a limitation in Netbox that requires investigation?
