Please help me out. Any helps would be appreciated. I'm new to this field and I'm just a student too. Sorry. And thanks ahead!

NetBox references the NAPALM driver defined for a device's platform when attempting to connect to the devices. You can edit this for each platform under Devices > Platforms. For example, a Cisco device will use the `ios` or `iosxr` NAPALM driver.

However, it looks like this specific device might not have a platform assigned to it. You'll need to do that first (by editing the device and selecting a platform you've created).
