Upgrading from v2.8.1 to v2.8.2

Should be a minor upgrade but it gives me some errors:

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7.7 (Maipo)

I get this message:

CommandError: Conflicting migrations detected; multiple leaf nodes in the migration graph: (0006_create_userconfigs, 0002_standardize_description in users; 0008_standardize_description, 0018_standardize_description in circuits).

To fix them run 'python manage.py makemigrations --merge'

So I run it, but it throws

CommandError: This command is available for development purposes only. It will

and does nothing.

Any help?

users/0002_standardize_description does not exist in the v2.8.2 code base. You've probably overwritten the old installation instead of replacing it, in which case you'll need to create a fresh copy of the installation. See the upgrade instructions for the prescribed method.

Also, you should skip v2.8.2 and go straight to v2.8.3, which was released shortly afterward.
