Custom fields with triggers

Hello all,

Is it possible somehow to create custom fields which would be displayed only on some conditions (for examples, in Circuits, if I select a specific provider, the custom field would appear. Otherwise, it would stay hidden)?

If it's not possible, is there a way to create another category  for a site, other than the ones already present (Rack, Devices, Prefixes, VLANs, Circuits, Virtual Machines)?

I didn't find anything about that on the documentation.

No.  Custom fields are always displayed.

You mean, another kind of object, which is linked to Site?  You can write a Plugin for your new object type.
