Position: AWS Big Data Cloud Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 6 Months CTH

 

• JAVA, REDSHIFT, EMR experience are a must have

 As a member of a dedicated team, the key responsibilities of the Cloud Engineer will be:

• Be part of the client’s scrum team and work on user stories
• Deep understanding of Infrastructure as a Code and agile methodologies
• 4 – 5 years of experience in coding on various AWS services like Cloud Formation Templates, Cloud Watch, Cloud Trail, encryption, logging and Lambda
• Conversant with PCI compliance needs and operational methodologies
• Should be able to articulate the solution and provide proactive solutions to problems
• Should be able to contribute as an individual and as part of the larger team
• Hands on experience in implementing an DevOps pipeline using Jenkins and the AWS CI / CD tool sets
• Responsible for the quality of the technical deliverables 

 Experience:

•  8 -10 years of overall experience in infrastructure, datacenter operations.
• 3-4 years of hands on experience on AWS
• Clear understanding of AWS cloud security policies and tool set
• Deep knowledge and expertise in Cloud Enterprise platforms and/or Cloud Infrastructure services
• Must understand / have experience in:

• Cloud Infrastructure, i.e., ITSM, Public Cloud, Private Cloud and NOC

• Required Qualifications:

• AWS Developer Associate and / or AWS Solution Architect
• AWS DevOps Pro
