I am technical recruiter and I am looking for Relevant consultant for
below job description.

Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Malvern , PA

Duration: Long Term

Requirement:

Responsibilities:



• Analyze business process in detail and should be able to
define long term roadmap



• Design BluePrism processes in accordance with BP standard
and guidelines.



• In-depth knowledge of BP architecture and hands-on
administration knowledge.



• Experience in legacy systems integration using web-services
or developing custom library



• Should have experience in automation of web-based, windows
and other non-Win32 applications



• Work closely with client to implement the current RPA process.



• Design the solution taking advantage of the existing assets
maintaining a balance between Blue Prisn architecture , functional
requirements and specific client needs;



• Work individually to ensure both functional and
non-functional requirements are met with RPA process



• Create prototypes, conduct proofs of concepts, evaluate
options with pros and cons and provide recommendations in case of
newer integration for Automation



• Assess the business situation by engaging with varied levels
and profile of stakeholders;



• Advise on environment wise code migration and support
elevation to production.



• Document each unit test case, functional validation for
production change request.



Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or related
field from a top university, advanced degree preferred;



• 6+ years of hands on IT services or consulting work
experience, with 2+ years of experience in Robotics Automation tools
( Blue prism, uiPath , Pega etc).



• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Development lead .;



• Programming experience in any one : .Net /Java;



• Have architected and designed 2-3 end-to-end RPA processes.



• Demonstrated experience in business process improvement,
leveraging information and technology;



• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to
communicate clearly and effectively.
