In all seriousness, the lower frequencies (I'm not certain of the upper limit)
of the FM band are reserved for "Educational purposes". Since most
public radio stations (NPR, APR, and whatever) are educational in
nature, most people will find PHC in this range through out many
areas of the USA. Please note that not ALL public stations
are in this range (note WNYC, National Public Radio in NYC).
Some areas even broadcast (or re-broadcast) PHC on *AM* stations
(ick!).
Please continue the tuning chart!
While we're at it, the satellite reaches most everywhere. Does anyone
have the specifics for pulling in that transmission? (No, I don't have
satellite equipment... too big for a shy person to have in their yard).
