Curriculum for computer trade school

I am posting for a friend who is designing a curriculum for a private
computer training school. The school specializes in trade applications
of computer science. She seeks an existing turnkey educational package that
includes:

Modular, self-paced lessons
Hardcopy text accompanying software for IBM PCs
Lessons for these applications:
Word processing
Bookkeeping
Accounting
Computer-aided design (CAD)

This is a pretty big order; anything even close is of interest. She would
appreciate names, addresses, or phone numbers of people who are developing
such programs.
