nroff driver tables for System V

Does anybody know the format of the driver tables for nroff under
System V, I couldn't find any references to it in any of the docu-
mentation provided by AT&T.

At first I suspected they were the same as in earlier versions of
UNIX and I tried making some after the documentation for version 7
but I suspect I should have realized that it was not going to be that
easy )-:

So I would be very grateful if anybody out there could enlighten me,
or maybe send a skeleton program for making these tables.
