Here at RTI, we have rewritten Rob Jacob's 'wm' window manager,
substantially improving its performance and usability. If there is
sufficient interest from you folks in netland, we'll post it to
net.sources. 4.3bsd is rumored to come with its own window manager
(called 'window'), but 'wm' is available *now* and we think its
the greatest thing since sliced bread.

'Wm' is a tool for managing multiple overlapping windows on a
single terminal. Each window acts as a virtual terminal running
its own terminal session. 'Wm' allows the user to create, delete,
move, and reshape these windows, and switch between sessions.
'Wm' runs under 4.2bsd Unix and works on any terminal supported
by the 'Curses' screen management package.

This posting would include the source and documentation for
'wm' itself, plus the diffs for necessary bug fixes to libcurses.
