A couple of questionable groups

This should be considered a final warning on net.tv.da. Since it was
created specifically as a temporary group and it has since died out, I will
be rmgrouping it on the 15th of march if someone doesn't beat me to it
(since nobody else seems willing to delete the things they created, I'll be
the bad guy).

Also, why was net.nlang.greek created, and why isn't anyone using it?
Consider this a hint, but in the weeks since it showed up, I have yet to
see a single message pass that topic, and if that doesn't change soon, I am
going to suggest that it gets zapped (actually, I am already suggesting
that it be zapped, but I'll give it another chance before I try to nuke
it). You have been warned, folks.
