Need TeX hangindent help

I need some help with TeX. Here's what I want to do:

Left margin Start of a paragraph Right margin
| | |
OBJECTIVE Now there is a normal paragraph here that is left just-
ified and right justified. I know (think) I should be
using \hangish type stuff but can't get the OBJECTIVE
to go flush with the left margin, it comes in right
justified. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Replace

OBJECTIVE

with something like

\hbox to 4cm{OBJECTIVE \hfil}
