4.2BSD ditroff

For those of you who have echoed my request for information on ditroff
for 4.2BSD, I have obtained the following info on how to get it:

Write a letter to
Professor John Ousterhout
Computer Science Division
Evans Hall 573
University of California at Berkeley
Berkeley, CA 94720
telling him that you would like a copy of the "ditroff gremlin"
software. Send with the letter a 2400' mag tape for exchange,
and a copy of whatever AT&T license you have that entitles you
to ditroff (Sorry - this doesn't come without the license).
His very friendly assistant Alene Parker will get the software
and make you a tape.

P.S. - For those who like little clues to what's available, look around
your distribution. If, for example, you do "ls -ls /usr/lib/font/devver"
you will find a little something that should have been deleted from the
4.2 distribution.
