-school started 9/2/98
-as part of course work this semester, I have to do an ovariohysterectomy
on a poor unsuspecting dog in two weeks
-i have a test next week on a whole lot of diseases I know little about
-my dog has cancer, is out of remission, and just failed his rescue
protocol
-my dog requires twice daily home administration of chemotherapy
-i'm trying to plan a wedding
-my grandmother wants to move into a retirement home
-my mother is hysterical about the above three items, and this upsets me
-i'm worried about money yet had to quit working b/c of school
-yet my boss doesn't seem to believe i'm not working and still cut me a
check last week
-which i haven't been to pick up because it all seems so impossible
bleah.

Sounds familiar. Given the list of things on your plate, any chance you
could make time for some stress reduction exercizes. They can really help.

There's always time for one more thing (this attitude is part of the
problem...but seriously, I can always send my veterinary-professional's
mailing list to /dev/null for a few weeks and scrounge some time there...)
What kind of exercises are you talking about?
One thing that I do try to make time for is to prepare myself a cup of
herbal tea, using nice china, and a real teapot (no microwave action,
here), and to sit in a quiet area and drink it WITHOUT a computer, TV, or
homework assignment anywhere nearby.
