"Spock is back ... but the Enterprise has been destroyed. Needless to
say, Starfleet Command is not too happy with the course of action taken by
Admiral James T. Kirk when we last saw him. But before Kirk and his renegade
crew can answer the charges against them, a marauding alien presence
threatens the existance of the planet Earth, with all the scientific knowledge
and technology of the 23rd century powerless against its onslaught. But Spock
has a plan ... sending our heroes on a mission where truly no man has gone
before. [...] Beaming into theaters everywhere this Christmas."
