Soon after making my clever comments on US-Ecuador Davis Cup match
I realized that all the soccer commentary made me confuse
Ecuador with - probably with Paraguay; as a result I came up
with pretty idiotic predictions.
I can also blame it on an intense cold and congested nose which
made me dense. And stuff...

Anyway, besides Gomes they have couple of people in top 300 named
Viver and Ycaza. I have not heard of them before.

US still should win 3-2 without much trouble.
If that comes true, they'll have Germans again. Where is that
going to be played?

I don't mean to nit pick (again!), but you mean Vivier and Yzaga, right?
Jaime Yzaga is technically an amateur/junior and is Very good... gave
Lendl more trouble than anybody else in the last US Open (in my
opinion :--)!).
Hope you get over your cold.

Nope. I think Yzaga is an Argentinian. I read a short perspective
in Tennis and for a few seconds thought they meant Yzaga,
however that fellow Ycaza, whoever he may be, has a different
first name. Which is good news for Gorman and company.
