Here come the Los Angles Lakers...

...10 wins in a row (undefeated in the month of March)

...26 wins in their last 30 games

...priming for the playoffs!

Sorry, but I don't see how the Lakers can get by either the
Nuggets or the Rockets.

Go Nuggets

Gee, all that talk about the Lakers and anyone in that division could
have that record must have winced when lowly Portland (that's Oregon,
folks) squeaked by them in overtime.....I guess the fact that you
mentioned that they were undefeated in March was too much for them
to keep.....jinx's being what they are....see you in the playoffs
(along with everyone else)

"Get By" the Nuggets or Rockets? The Lakers have easily handled the
Rockets the last 4 times they have played them, and the Nuggets haven't
been much of a match either. Although the Nuggets have a 20-game home
winning streak, the Lakers have beaten them at Denver the last 5 times
I believe (over a 2 season period).

Since the Lakers are the defending Western Conference Champions (4 of the
past 5 years), I think it is up to the other teams in their conference
to "get by" the Lakers, and this year should be no different than last.

Lakers vs. Denver at the Forum on April 9: I'll be there watching who is
the dominant team in the Western Conference.
