The problem is to avoid three heart losers and one spade.
Win the AC. The key now is to lead low towards the JH. East
can't rise else your problem is solved. So west wins the Q
and must attack spades to prevent the ruff. Unless west has all
three, you've just avoided the spade loser. Win the spade return
and attack hearts again. If east wins, east has no spades to return.
If west wins, he can't attack spades unless giving up his spade trick.
In any case, you only lose three tricks.
