Looking for LALS (Linked Atoms Least Squares) for Unix

I'm looking for a version of the LALS (Linked Atoms Least Squares)
program which runs under 4.2bsd Unix. LALS is a program written by P. J.
Campbell Smith and Struther Arnott to analyze X-ray crystallographic data
for helical structures. The version I've got in front of me is 70 pages of
ten year old IBM-360 Fortran which looks to be a real pain to beat into
shape for our Fortran-77 compiler.
