Looking for computer film companies....

(I apologize about the multiple posting of the following, if you've already
read one of the following newsgroups, you may want to hit N now:

I'm looking for leads on companies that are involved with digital film
(i.e. animation, editing, etc) production or research. I am a graduating
combination computer scientist and film student. I've already sent resumes
to PIXAR and Omnibus/Abel personell departments, but any other less obvious
suggestions would be much appreciated. I'm going to post a summary of my
background to net.jobs, so I won't bore anybody with it here. I will mention
that I have a great deal of experience both in computer science and TV/film
production.

Any suggestions anyone can make would be much appreciated. I'm attending
the University of Wisconsin-Madison, so I'm really kind of isolated and out
of touch with the efforts of anybody but the most visible companies.

(Any other suggestions of how to go about job hunting will also be greatfuly
accepted.)
