Any news on Alien II or Sword & Sorcerer?

Two movies I particularly enjoyed were Alien and The Sword and the
Sorcerer. I heard that another Alien was in the works, but not much
more. As for the TSATS, sometime during the end credits it was
mentioned that Talon would return in a new movie.

I share your feelings about TSATS and thought the movie was rather nice if
a bit cliched. Unfortunately, I've heard that the movie wasn't well received
in general and that plans for a sequel were cancelled. Too bad if true.
