Can somebody fork off a "net.philosophy"?

Occasionally something interesting comes thru net.misc but it's getting
harder to justify typing a hundred n's about what is man good for and
does he have a soul and such.

If people want to start a philosophical discussion, why not send a msg
to net.news.group proposing a net.philosophy and then put your inflammatory
(meaning: designed to attract large numbers of personal-opinion messages on
a topic with no possible resolution) message there?
