scrset(1) is described in my UNIX PC 3.0 documentation as a 'screen save'
feature (which automatically blanks the screen). Unfortunately, the
system doesn't recognize it (I've also tried variations on the spelling).
Has it been implemented?

Due to an apparent bug with the ioctl command in 3.0, this command
should not be used and was not shipped. Unfortunately, nobody seems
to have thought of sending an 'errata' sheet to explain this. I rewrote
the function and used it for quite a while with no problems, before the
apparent bug surfaced and caused a system panic.
