I have several questions for the hardware/software design staff at C-A.

1) How compatible (If at all) will the next AMIGA (A2000?) be with
the A1000's? (I'm not trying to Imply I want compatibilty, I'm
just curious.)

2) Is there going to be a reasonable amount of RAM (1MEG+) as standard
equipment with the new machine.
(BTW C-A, why don't you guys just include the 256K expansion with
the A1000, and bump the price up accordingly, afterall then you
wouldn't even have to package the card.)

3) I have heard the new machine will have 1024X1024 resolution, and
a palette of 16384 colors. If so, how many would be displayable
at one time in all resolutions (Please include a seperate entry for HAM).

4) OK C-A, you set some new goals for other computer companies to
attempt (Notice: 'attempt') to overcome, or better. I realize
the graphics team is doing an EXCELLENT job, but since the introduction
of the machine, nothing (to my knoweldge) has been done to improve
the sound capabilities of the machine. What gives? The //GS has
a much better sound chip than the AMIGA, and I would personally
like to see the new machine blow the //GS out of the water with
its sound capabilities. (Perhaps better digitizing capabilities,
MUCH improved speech synthesis, MORE voices (16+), and any other
neat things a musician could want)
(In regards to the //GS, the ONLY thing it has over
the AMIGA, or even the MAC is it's sound chip)

Thanks in advance for any and all responses

-Matt

Note: This was not meant to cut down the staff at C-A, when the developed
the current sound chip they were ahead of their time, but now
that time is passed, I think it time for something new.
