People can now send a single page letter through E-COM, but not by
going directly to the USPS. A company called CompuServe will let
you send a single letter using their interface to E-COM for $1.26.
The firm offers 24-hour access to 300 CompuServe offices by a local
telephone call and guaranteed direct access dedicated lines to every
E-COM office. Anyone with a communicating computer or terminal can
use the system.

CompuServe is based in Columbus, OH.
