FORTRAN programming aids?

I am working in a CAD -- surface modeling project. Now it
seems as I have to write some programs in FORTRAN, which I am
rather unfamiliar with. Do any one know about any programming aids
for FORTRAN, preprocessor, syntax control, debugging, beautifier,
tags, ... etc.?
