Organization: AT&T Bell Laboratories, Middletown/Holmdel, N.J.

Job Description: Explore the application of expert systems technology
to communications network operations support systems. The work
will concentarte on identifying and prototyping knowledge-based
systems for provisioning and maintenance operations within AT&T-C.
Prototyping will be done on a Symbolics 3670 running KEE and
Zeta LISP.

Skills/Exper.: Ph.D./M.S. in Computer Science (A.I. concentration)
with practical experience in expert systems technology and its
applications. A project leader with a strong entrepreneurial
orientation. Familarity with communications network and network
operations systems is desirable. Substantial software development
expereince on LISP machines and detailed knowledge of LISP is also
required.
