Aydin Controls (actually Mitsubishi) model C-3910LP Color Graphics Monitor:

Seperate R,G,B and Sync inputs, 21 inch, 60 hz, 1024 x 750 capable.
Electronic compensated 10 quadrant alignment, scan, seperate
RGB contrast/active, horizontal and vertical size, focus and
input adjustment controls all in up-front drawer. Brightness, degauss
and monochrome display switch on front panel. Brand new tube, less
than 30 hours use. Reconditioned, sturdy, silver-black and grey case.
Looks sharp. Used initially as main display monitor for a graphics lab.
