Telengard Info Wanted

I recently read about a game called "Telengard." It
seems similar to Adventure or Rogue (it's not made entirely
clear whether it is verbal-adventure-like or screen-rogue-
like) but it has a twist: sometimes the dragons like you and
sometimes they don't, depending on how much charisma you have.
If they like you they may kiss you or heal a wound; if they
don't like you you're zapped. You choose a set of character-
istics, including charisma, strength, etc., at the outset.
Supposedly all this is written in 900 lines of code!
I would appreciate any info on the game, what it runs
on, how to get it, etc.
