3-1/2" DS/HD floppy disks. The original cartridge is not needed to play
the game.
All videogame cartridge copiers have built-in support for battery backed-
up videogames, real time save, Gold Finger, which is a feature comparable
to Game Genie, and slow-motion modes to make games easier to play by
slowing them down.
Abbreviated PFX
The Profighter X has built-in Gold Finger codes for hundreds of games and
built-in DSP. DSP support is optional on the DPF and GDSF6.
Parallel interface option is optional. DSP is standard equipment.
1. PFX reads files generated by many other videogame cartridge copiers.
It will not read files generated by: (although conversion is possible.)
GDSF3
The above list is incomplete and will undergo revisions from time to
time.
2. PFX has built-in Gold Finger codes for hundreds of games.
3. PFX has artificial intelligence to defeat copy protection. Clay
Fighter, Disney's Aladdin, Final Fight 2, The Great Circus Mystery
Starring Mickey & Minnie, Midway NBA Jam, Rock N' Roll Racing, Super
Mario All-Stars, Super Metroid, Tetris 2, etc., are all no problem.
4. PFX has a parallel interface option. On other systems such as the
Super UFO Super Drive Pro.7, it doesn't exist. To the Game Doctor SF VI
and Super Wild Card DX's credit, a parallel interface is standard
equipment.
5. PFX has a DSP, so that DSP-enhanced SNES videogames can be played. On
other systems such as the MGH, this is simply not possible. On other
systems such as the Game Doctor SF VI and Double Profighter, this is a
costly option. On yet other systems such as the MGH, it doesn't exist.
6. DPF supports two (2) languages: English and Chinese.
