For this they are looking at a candidate who has the following skill

Minimum 5 yrs in C / C++ Programming and 2 yrs as an Team Lead

Experience with Direct X, Flash MX/ Action Script and / or Graphic
Design / UX experience.

But the position is based at Hyderabad.

And for right candidate salary is not at all a constraint.
