rules. I check and keep all character records using Byahkee: use the
character generating wizard and you will not go wrong.

We can also stand some combat skills, but please do not expect your character
to be able to call in air strikes, get instant access to classified
information, shop in a duty free weapons store, always evade the law, and
knock out Cthulhu with a single punch to the suckers.
