My new copy still has the "aesthetic" typo, but the other one has been
spotted by TSR's ever-vigilant proofreading staff. The title for a 5th
level cleric is now just plain missing (or consists entirely of spaces).
Oh well, nobody's prefect....
My favorite gaming editorial SNAFU (not strictly speaking a typo)
SPI's board game Sniper (1st ed., a new one is due soon) had a rule on sighting
which stated:
"An erect man may expose himself in an aperture..."
Sniper is a game of WWII urban combat. Does the above rule state anything about
any proclivities of the average foot soldier?
Ami Silberman
"You can have cheese for brains if you roll 20's"
I really don't think that TSR will ever fix that one, they might,
however, fix it in the new 2nd Edition rules that are supposed to be coming
out within 2 years. Of course then there will be new typos to laugh at.

There comes a time, thief, when the jewels cease to sparkle, the gold loses
it luster, when the throne room becomes a prison. There comes a time thief,
when all that is left is a mans love for his daughter......
