I have what appears to be the 2/85 version of EMPIRE running on a Vax11/750
under 4.2bsd. The question I have concerns the weather. I have never seen
such huge storms. Entire 10x10 sectors of -9s and hurricane damage over an
entire country. I never remembered storms being so nasty in the previous
version and was wondering if this was normal.
