For years I've been trying to find out about an Eastern European
(Hungarian, I assume, but am not sure) dish called something like
"csin bun". I used to order it all the time in the Bucharest
Restaurant in Vienna, Austria, which served dishes from various
countries, not just Rumania. This was about 30 years ago.

The dish consisted of cubes of pork, stewed or braised in a
spicy sauce, covered with a fried egg, through which a hot
pepper protruded -- very Freudian, which was appropriate,
this being in Vienna!

But I've never found a dish by this name or any similar name
in any cookbook I've looked in. Has anyone ever heard of it?
Thanks.
