Dumb da dumb da dumb.

Well, what are the odds that Russia As We Know It won't last through
the year? Ie, break up into little Thugdoms. I fear fairly high. It's
like everything is going to hell in a hand basket as Y2K approches.

What I think would be neat is if some Tsarists (sp?) were able to
bring back the Tsar in some form.

That would be kewl. 8-)
