I've discovered that unless you like raw bacon and overcooked scallops
it's a good idea to precook the bacon. I cook the bacon until it's
almost done, but is still flexable enough to roll around scallops.
Also, I brush the scallops with a little BBQ sauce while they are cooking.
Yum Yum.
