Pro-spam bill passes US Senate

The US Senate, as a rider to the telephone anti-slamming bill, has
passed a version of the horrid Murkowski bill. This is basically an
attempt to legitimize spam.
Contact your representative in the House and ask them to join with
CAUCE in supporting the Smith language.
