which mount points on which physical hard disks

Hello all,

In our environment we have several servers, some using UNIX (AIX) and
others Linux (Red Hat AS 2.1). Each server has several physical hard
disks and several mount points. My question is: is there a UNIX/Linux
command to know whcih mount points are actually on which physical hard
disks?
